Customer Success Cafe, Thames Valley

Success Cafe is a networking event for Customer Success professionals
#3 will include coffee, a ten minute presentation from Adam Lee – from reactive to pro-active, networking and a session on current issues.
At #2 we debated the old favourite of “What metrics do you use and how do you measure them” through a range of other subjects but focused in on how you integrate with the sales team before and after a sale/renewal/expansion.
For me the two pieces of gold were
1) The idea of making a Success plan a pre-requisite for commercial sign off of an order from Aran Stephens, this would make customer ROI so much easier and quicker
2) The idea of making products do the CS grunt work, or as Dave Jackson put it, Product-led Customer Success
