Customer Success Breakfast: Customer Success and Product

Success Breakfasts focus on a key topic for customer success, with a combination of a presentation from a domain expert and facilitated workshops, producing take-away and re-usable assets on the focus topic.
Come and join us for our 5th Success Breakfast in London at Mimecast to:
– Understand how Customer Success, Product and Product Marketing can come together to support their user base, each department dealing with varied priorities (customer, organization, employees…)
– Learn about the roles and responsibilities of each role and also about customer feedback management (in and out)
– Develop workshopped assets to use in your day-to-day business
Ryan Braastad will be sharing practices he learned through his experience as Product Strategist and also Head of Product Marketing at Improbable.
A light breakfast is provided.
NB: Success Breakfast is a small event, so we ask to please limit tickets to 3 attendees per company. We will share findings within the community afterwards for everyone to learn!
